Women with God in the open
Women with God in the open

A week of pilgrimage in Vorpommern
We are seeking the wide open spaces – and in doing so, we are getting closer to our inner space step by step. On straight and winding paths, through wide-ranging views, surprising revelations, at crossroads, in departure, standstill, return. We will be accompanied by the seven key words of pilgrimage, as formulated by Saint Bridget of Sweden: slowness, freedom, simplicity, carefreeness, silence, community, spirituality. But everyday words, with their own fleetingness, are also allowed to unfold their meaning in time and space.
Four day trips of a maximum of 15 kilometers each take us from the Open Chapel Jager into the expanse of Western Pomerania with its meadows, fields, forests and floodplains; a city pilgrimage through the Hanseatic city of Stralsund sets its own accent. Impulses, mindfulness exercises, silence, prayers in the chapel, sharing and fellowship round off the program.
